FORMING CONDUCTING SKILLS: THE FOCUS AND METHODOLOGICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF AUFACT
Abstract
This article analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of the attention point and the upbeat (auftakt) in conducting art. The study examines the main components of conducting technique, including the initiation, continuation, and completion of performance, and substantiates their role in developing students’ professional competencies. The findings highlight the necessity of a systematic approach to teaching conducting.
