This study examines the impact of environmental factors on the effectiveness of hemodialysis therapy in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) residing in the Aral Sea region. Environmental problems arising from the Aral Sea disaster, including soil and water salinization and air pollution with dust and toxic substances, have a profound negative effect on public health and contribute to the development and progression of kidney diseases. The study highlights the clinical characteristics of hemodialysis outcomes, the frequency of complications, and quality of life indicators among patients living in environmentally disadvantaged conditions, based on an analysis of relevant scientific literature. The findings emphasize the necessity of an integrated approach that accounts for environmental factors when managing CKD in the Aral Sea region population.Downloads
