This article presents information aimed at improving the sports and pedagogical skills of cross-country runners. For a qualified athlete, the main goal of each exercise is technical improvement, especially this is true for technically complex sports, where the achievement of high sports results is inextricably linked with the level of technical excellence. It should be taken into account that the constant improvement of physical fitness and the development of necessary qualities increasingly pose new tasks for improvement.
