Abstract

This study explores the role of digital innovation in strengthening sustainable development within management processes. By integrating advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics, the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and cloud computing, enterprises can significantly improve environmental performance, operational efficiency, and social responsibility. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining literature review and quantitative analysis of 50 enterprises across manufacturing, energy, agriculture, and logistics sectors from 2018 to 2024. Findings demonstrate that digital innovation enhances accountability, resilience, eco-efficiency, and stakeholder involvement, while challenges include high investment costs, limited digital literacy, and regulatory barriers. The study concludes that digitalization is not only a technological trend but also a strategic imperative for achieving long-term sustainability.
