ETHICS

Abstract

This article examines the concept of ethics within the field of philosophy, focusing on its fundamental principles, major theoretical approaches, and contemporary relevance. Ethics, as a branch of philosophy, explores questions of morality, human behavior, and the distinction between right and wrong. The study analyzes key ethical theories, including deontology, utilitarianism, and virtue ethics, highlighting their historical development and practical implications. Furthermore, the article discusses the role of ethics in modern society, particularly in areas such as medicine, technology, and social relations. By integrating classical philosophical perspectives with current ethical challenges, this paper aims to demonstrate the enduring significance of ethical thought in guiding individual and collective decision-making. The findings suggest that ethical frameworks remain essential for addressing complex moral dilemmas in an increasingly globalized and technologically advanced world.
