Abstract

This article analyzes the formation of mathematics teaching methodology as a science,its subject,purpose and content as a school subject. A comparative analysis of traditional methods and modern technologies in the educational process is conducted.The role of ICT in teaching mathematics and recommendations for improving teachers’ digital literacy are also highlighted.
