Abstract

This article presents scientific information about the structure, physiological functions of the cardiovascular system and the causes of cardiovascular diseases. Also, measures to prevent these diseases and the role of a healthy lifestyle in heart health are analyzed. The article aims to highlight the importance of the cardiovascular system in the human body.
