Abstract

This study examines the development of industrial modernization and technological partnership in Uzbekistan based on the experience of Germany. In the context of global economic transformation and increasing competition, industrial modernization has become a key factor in ensuring sustainable economic growth and enhancing national competitiveness. The research analyzes the theoretical foundations, institutional mechanisms, and practical aspects of modernization processes, with particular attention to the German model of industrial development.
