MATHEMATICAL METHODS OF RESEARCH

Abstract

This article examines the theoretical foundations and practical applications of mathematical methods in scientific research. Mathematical methods serve as an essential tool for analyzing complex phenomena, modeling processes, and ensuring the accuracy and objectivity of research results. The study explores key approaches such as statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, optimization methods, and econometric techniques. Special attention is given to the role of quantitative methods in processing empirical data, identifying patterns, and forecasting future trends. The article also highlights the advantages and limitations of mathematical methods, including issues related to data quality, model assumptions, and interpretation of results. The findings emphasize that the effective use of mathematical methods significantly enhances the reliability and validity of scientific research across various disciplines, including economics, sociology, and engineering.
