OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY ISSUES AND VIRTUAL LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE CONTEXT OF RAPID DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

Abstract

The number of occupational accidents in the construction industry remains consistently high compared to other sectors of the economy. This situation is largely explained by the continued use of outdated methods and tools in occupational safety training. This article analyzes the theoretical foundations and practical advantages of improving labor safety in the construction sector through the implementation of modern training methodologies based on virtual reality technologies.
