Abstract

This article shows the physical exercises necessary for proper posture development of schoolchildren aged 7-9. Along with this, methods have been developed for restoring the mobility of the spine using physical exercises for children with early signs of spinal disorders. Ways of correct application of methods for detecting early signs of scoliosis in children are revealed.
